Care and Support

God calls us to live in community and support one another. The Care and Support Ministry strives to be present for people, both within and outside of our church walls. Whether people are seeking spiritual guidance from one of our pastors or support from a small group, our hope is that we may provide a listening and supportive presence to our community.

Health and Wellness Ministry

The vision of Gethsemane's Health and Wellness Ministry is to help our members achieve optimial health of mind, body, and spirit while engaged by God in a living faith. Through this ministry we work to assess the health and spiritual needs of our members, advocate for those needing help accessing health resources and coverage issues, facilitate video/virtual doctor consultations with members, and work iwth many devote volunteers to meet the needs of people's changing health concerns.

The waters of our baptism call us to live as whole people of God, caring for ourselves fully - in mind, body. and spirit. The wheel reminds us that being truly healthy and whole is about being in balance and intentionally nurturing all aspects of health surrounding and supported by spiritual health.
