Gethsemane Church Women (GCW)
The Gethsemane Church Women (GCW) sponsor many activities. The Fall Salad Supper starts off the year in September followed by the annual Scandinavian Fair. GCW hosts an Advent Program, the Upper Room Supper during Lent, and the Golden Age Luncheon for members 75 and older. The season ends with a Spring Event in May. Circles meet for Bible study, prayer, service and friendship. Circle women host Sunday morning coffee fellowship and entertain Chapel View residents at Friendship Circle and birthday parties. Fifteen hundred to over 2000 guests are served annually for funerals.
